ABOUT ME
Rosalind W. Lewis
Rosalind is a Human Resources professional with 20 years’ experience in Employee Relations, Recruiting, Performance Management, Career Coaching, and Employee Engagement. She has held leadership roles in major organizations in hotel industry, telecommunications, insurance, call center operations and staffing/recruiting agencies.
She has helped organizations develop new initiatives, processes and procedures. She also loves the Employee Engagement side of Human Resources and has ran successful capital campaigns for the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Hilton Honors and Globe Life.
Rosalind holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeast Louisiana University. She has a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development, with an emphasis in Training and Development from Midwestern State University. She is currently a doctoral student in the dissertation phase in Organizational Leadership at Abilene Christian University.
She is a sustainer in the Junior League of Collin County. She also is a graduate of Leadership Allen Class of XXV. She has been an active member of Society of Human Resource Management, International Leadership Association and National Association of African Americans in Human Resources. She is currently a Certified Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP).
